【Features】
This product is made from refined mineral oil and high temperature resistant synthetic oil which as base oil, then add a variety of imported chloride series extreme pressure agent, inactive sulfur extreme pressure agent, oily agent, metal attenuated agent, antioxidant and so on. This product has good performance like extreme pressure, anti-wear, oxidation stability, anticorrosion, during the process of using it is good with low viscosity, good lubricity and uneasy to wear mill spindle head, good surface finish after processing, easy cleaning, etc.
【Usage】
Used for lubricating stainless steel, high nickel steel during contour machining like drawing, cold extrusion molding, to guarantee an effective lubrication for the drawing object in a very harsh conditions, among them, the MHF - A applies to the outer wall processing lubrication, MHF - B is suitable for internal processing lubrication.
【Quality indicators】
【Caution】 this product is unfavorable to mix with other brand steel pipe drawing oil, the mixing solubility test should go first before mixing.
【Package】 MHF - A : 170 kg, drum packaging. MHF - B : 25 kg barrels packaging.
【Storage & Transportation】 Handle with care, sealing-up and leak-proof. Be stored in dry, cool, ventilated storehouse. Storage period is one year.
